The STORMS (Sense Through Obstruction Remote Monitoring System) is a state of the art, Micro-Doppler radar system. The STORMS system uses patented technology and is the only device of its kind that can be operated from a long standoff range.

Thunderstorm 19-4 Sense Through the Wall Technology Demonstration Sept 18 - 20 2019
VAWD demonstrated it's See Through the Wall radar (STORMS) ability to detect from standoff distances multiple persons walking and standing behind different structure types. The scenarios included a multiple level building, a house with many rooms, a rubble, pile, a re-inforced building designed for being burnt for firefighter drills, and a large wall.
